As a general guideline, we recommend 10-20 minutes per treatment area, maintaining a distance of approximately 8″-14″ for deep tissue treatment or 16″-24″ for superficial facial skin therapy. This should be applied on bare skin, with a maximum of 2-3 treatment areas per day. For best results, we advise using light therapy at least 3 to 5 times per week. It’s recommended to start with further distances and shorter exposure times initially, gradually increasing as your tolerance to the light improves.
