Shipping Time
Due to the nature of the product, please allow 2 weeks (14 business days) for shipping.
14-Day Return Policy
Customers have 14 days from receiving their item to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we cannot offer them a refund or exchange.

- Due to the nature of the product, a 20% restocking fee is required to complete a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% Restocking Fee unless specified by The Red Light Lamp. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items
